The White Building, Southampton

We transformed this existing twelve story, 1970’s concrete frame structure into a prominent and bold office space in the heart of Southampton’s central business district.

The original structure underwent a series of adaptations over the years, which presented a number of challenges during the build. Despite this we were able to strip out redundant electrics, HVAC and partitions which resulted in a beautiful new office space ready-to-let for our client. To finalise the project, we redesigned the ground floor into a dynamic and welcoming meeting space with glass partitioned offices.
