Who we are
The Reflect Group is a privately owned, multi-sector real estate investment and development business based in Hampshire, with in-house end-to-end expertise, through acquisition, construction, asset management and disposal.
We work collaboratively to identify the very best strategic development, investment and joint-venture opportunities for our business; across the commercial and residential real estate sectors.
What We Do
Nationally we identify land and buildings that can be enhanced with planning permission, designed around the areas needs and the sites location. Our core operating area is principally the central southern region of England.
Planning
From site identification through to construction delivery, we manage the full planning process, working with local authorities to secure permission and maximise each development opportunity.
Construction
Combining traditional construction with steel, timber and concrete frames, we deliver new builds from the ground up and refurbish existing properties for commercial or residential use.
Investment
Long term, we hold completed developments and actively asset manage them, acting as custodians of the buildings we own across our commercial and residential portfolios.
